Our Rates

Our accommodation is offered as a full private rental of the entire house, accommodating 6–8 guests.. All prices include:

  • Booking fee

  • Cleaning fee

  • Sales tax (13.5%)

  • Standard service charges

  • Standard Season (March – October)

    €495 per night for up to 6 guests
    Minimum stay: 2 nights

  • High Season (July & August + Bank Holiday Weekends)

    €550 per night for up to 6 guests
    Minimum stay: 2 night

  • Off-Season Winter Rates (November – February)

    €420 per night for up to 6 guests
    Minimum stay: 2 nights

  • Weekly Stay Discount

    Guests booking 7 nights or more receive a 20% discount

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking;

    • Full refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival

    • 75% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival

    • Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival

    • Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure

    Guests are greeted in person on arrival to ensure a smooth check-in and to answer any questions about the accommodation or the local area.

  • To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are respected:

    • No smoking inside the property

    • Pets are not permitted

    • Strictly No parties or events

    • Quiet hours after 11pm
